Current Court Report - December 16, 2025

This week's Current Court Report includes any arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions.

Kevin D. Ryan, 71, of Nantucket, was arraigned on December 15th charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (three counts), leaving the scene of property damage (two counts), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, failure to stop/yield, speeding, a marked lanes violation, driving with no inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court December 22nd for a pretrial hearing. You can read the full story on this incident here.
