This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from last week’s Nantucket District Court jury week as well as the court’s Monday morning session.

After being continued without a finding for eight months, Santos D. Ceballos, 63, of Nantucket had a June 5, 2024 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.

Marcos A. Gonzalez
, 26, of Nantucket will have an April 28th, 2024 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member continued without a finding for one year on the condition he complete his probation without a violation.

Jose Moises Juarez Chavez
, 27, of Nantucket had April 12th, 2025 charges of assault & battery on a family/household member and malicious destruction of property under $1,200 dismissed due to lack of prosecution.

After completing two years of probation following a guilty plea on an operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol charge (second offense), Heriberto A. Mancia-Lemus, 26, of Nantucket had the case closed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Grant Robert Moulder, 35, of Nantucket had a September 8th, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.
