This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday’s Nantucket District Court session.
After completing three years of probation, Kleber Fermino Dasilva, 45, of Nantucket had the probation he was serving on a Jan. 30th, 2020 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) terminated. He was found not responsible on a charge of unsafe operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident.
Arquimides Chacon Landaverde, 32, of Nantucket was arraigned on Dec. 24th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, negligent operation of motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, possessing an open container of alcohol while in a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Jan. 21st for a pretrial hearing.
After completing one year of pretrial probation, Michael John Tashjian, 59, of Nantucket had a July 8th, 2023 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed.
Cecilia A. Traynham, 41, of Nantucket was arraigned on Dec. 18th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle while not being in possession of her license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and on Dec. 23rd, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, possessing a Class B drug, and a marked lanes violation. She had not-guilty pleas entered on all of these charges and was ordered to return to court Jan. 6th for a pretrial hearing.
