This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday Nantucket District Court session.
Lucas Araujo Franca De Brito, of Nantucket, was arraigned on Dec. 27, 2022 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 10 for a pretrial hearing.
Niall Casey, of Nantucket, was arraigned on Feb. 23 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 26 for a pretrial hearing.
