Concepcion Benitez-Molina, 60, Nantucket, will have a March 27 charge of trespassing continued without a finding for three months on the condition he complete his probation without a violation.
Eugene Butler, 44, of Nantucket, was arraigned on May 15 charges of assault & battery on a family/household member, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court June 12 for a pretrial hearing.
Arlin Amador Gonzalez, 44, of Nantucket, was arraigned on May 26 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and a marked lanes violation. She had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court July 15 for a pretrial hearing.
Rafael Valle Hernandez, 38, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a May 12 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 15 for a pretrial hearing.
Anthony Trey Holland, 32, of Nantucket, will have a Feb. 9 charge of assault & battery on a police officer dismissed on the condition he complete six months of pretrial probation, complete a substance abuse evaluation, and follow any recommended care/treatment.
Miriam Leland Jube, 39, of Nantucket, was arraigned on May 18 charges of possessing a Class C drug, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 1 for a pretrial hearing.
Ana P. Borges Martins, 43, of Nantucket, was arraigned on May 26 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, lights violation, and a marked lanes violation. She had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court June 10 for a pretrial hearing.
Juvencio Luna Perez, 20, of Nantucket, was arraigned on May 25 charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt, and a marked lanes violation. Not-guilty pleas were entered on Perez’s behalf and Perez was ordered to return to court July 15 for a pretrial hearing.
Juan H. Vasquez-Villalta, 25, of Brockton, was arraigned on May 24 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, refusing to produce his license to police, and speeding. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 1 for a pretrial hearing.
Eric Joseph Francis Wilkey, 32, of South Yarmouth, had a May 28, 2023 charge of assault & battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
Matthew R. West, 26, of Nantucket, was arraigned on May 26 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
