This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday Nantucket District Court session.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Loubin Cadet, 43, of Nantucket had a Sept. 3rd, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

Magali L. Figueroa De Rivera
, 45, of Nantucket was arraigned on Aug. 21stcharges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Not-guilty pleas were entered on Rivera’s behalf and was ordered to return to court Dec. 29th for a pretrial hearing.

Predrag Denic
, 60, of Nantucket had Sept. 6th charges of assault & battery on a family/household member, intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, and malicious destruction of property under $1,200 dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

, 25, of Nantucket had a June 29thcharge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

, 54, of Nantucket had June 16th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a motor vehicle lights violation dismissed by prosecutors.

, 35, of Nantucket was arraigned on Oct. 15thcharges of possessing a Class B drug, license plate violation, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Dec. 29th for a pretrial hearing.

, 42, of Nantucket was arraigned on a Sept. 12th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Dec. 29th for a pretrial hearing.
