This Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Wednesday and Thursday Nantucket District Court sessions. Jury week in the court will conclude on Friday and return to its once per week schedule on Tuesday, October 13th as the courthouse will not be open on Monday due to the holiday weekend.

Andrina L. Marzullo, 21, of Nantucket will have September 6th, 2025 charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possessing a Class D drug continued without a finding for one year on the condition she pay $300 in fees and complete her probation without a violation. An amount in restitution will be determined at a later date. Marzullo was found not responsible on charges of unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and marked lanes violation as part of the plea deal.

Marzullo was the driver who crashed their vehicle into an historic house dating back to 1875 on Union Street and subsequently fled the scene in September of 2025. She was later identified, charges, and arraigned in late October of that year.

Roberto Carlos Chacon, 30, of Nantucket had October 12th, 2025 charges of assault & battery on a police officer, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, and trespassing dismissed at the request of the prosecution. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, and failure to wear a seat belt stemming from an August 29th case were also dismissed.

After completing his jail sentence on November 16th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle following guilty pleas, Christopher A. Fields, 62, had the probation terminated and the case is now closed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Julio Adalberto Rivera, 52, of Nantucket had October 20th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.

Jose Davi Herrera Tejada, 47, of Nantucket was arraigned on an October 4thcharge of assault & battery on a family/household member. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court November 3rd for a pretrial hearing.

Steven Alberth Villalbos Obando, 37, of Nantucket had a September 10th, 2025 charge of indecent assault & battery on person 14 or over dismissed due to lack of prosecution.
