Current Court Report - September 1, 2026

This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions.

Alexandra W. Bankart, 36, of Nantucket had a July 17^th charge of fugitive from justice on a court warrant dismissed after prosecutors said she made required payments and resolved the matter.

Eric Miguel Gotay Rodriguez, 29, of Nantucket was arraigned on two July 14^thcharges of assault & battery with a dangerous weapon. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court October 13^thfor a pretrial hearing.

Alana Riley Nicosia, 22, of Nantucket was arraigned on a July 15^th charge of malicious destruction of property over $1,200. She had a not-guilty plea entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court September 14^th for a pretrial hearing.

After completing one year of probation following a guilty verdict on a June 15^th, 2025 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, Alexander Patrick Ryan, 33, of Nantucket had the probation terminated and the matter is now closed.

Amy Weber, 63, of Nantucket will have a March 6^th charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding for one year on the condition she complete her probation without a violation.

Carlos Delgado Zuniga, 35, of Nantucket was arraigned on July 9^th charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court September 14^th for a pretrial hearing.
