Humpback Whale Puts On A Show Along The South Shore

A humpback whale put on a show along the south shore Thursday afternoon, breaching at multiple locations from Miacomet to Fishermen's within several hundred yards of the beach, and in some cases even closer.

Nantucket Current's photographer-at-large Kit Noble captured the image above from the beach at Miacomet with an 800mm lens.
