N Magazine Honored With Ten NENPA Awards

The New England Newspaper & Press Association (NENPA) held its annual awards dinner in Boston Saturday night at the Seaport Renaissance Hotel, and N Magazine received 10 awards, including three first place finishes, for a variety of stories and photographs.
“To have N Magazine critically judged by off-island professionals is incredibly meaningful to us and we are proud of our team who puts out a magazine that is worthy of this kind of recognition,” N Magazine Editor and Publisher Bruce Percelay said
Percelay received a first place award for his local personality profile on attorney Arthur Reade called “The Fascinating Mr. Reade.”
N Magazine Editor Rob Cocuzzo took home a first place award for a human interest feature story called "Rising from the Ashes", where he tells the inspiring story of Russell Ferguson and Melissa Pigue following the devastating explosion of their home in November of 2020.
N Magazine photographer Kit Noble received a first place personality photo award for his photography of Nantucket firefighters in the April 2021 piece “Sounding The Alarm” by N-Magazine Contributing Writer Josh Gray.
NENPA is the professional trade organization for newspapers and media organizations in the six New England states: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Rhode Island. The organization represents and serves over 450 daily, weekly and specialty newspapers throughout the six-state region. Its objective is to help these publications successfully fulfill their mission to engage and inform the public while navigating and ultimately thriving in today’s evolving media landscape.
