The rain and wind didn’t stop dozens of island residents from filing their antique cars on Main Street Saturday morning for the annual car parade.
Cars began to make their way to Main Street at 9:15 a.m. and shortly before 12 p.m., did a loop around downtown Nantucket before making their way up Orange Street to begin the procession to Sconset for the tailgate picnic.
This is the island’s 46th antique car show and parade, and the 49th Daffodil Festival.
