Here are the street blockings and other roadway projects to be aware of for the week of Jan. 22:

Mon. 1/22 – Thurs. 1/25

  • Nantucket Historical Assn – partial sidewalk blocking at 99 Main St for fencing repair, 24/7

Mon. 1/22 – Fri. 1/26

  • RBO – TOTAL BLOCKING 24/7 of Atlantic Ave AND Lily St for 3rd Sewer Force Main Project – (https://nantucket-ma.civilspace.io/en/projects/sea-street-3rd-sewer-force-main-project/announcements/construction-schedule-a3d4 for more information)
  • Dellbrook JKS – partial blocking of Step Ln as needed for material deliveries and material removal for Veranda House rebuild
    • Monday 1/22 – blocking of N Water St for crane to unload trusses to site
  • N&M Excavating – total blocking of King St & Shell St, Sconset for Town sewer replacement project (CMOM Year 1B), 7am – 4pm – MIGHT WORK SATURDAYS AS WELL – Will move on to E Dover St which will be a total blocking – will email when date is confirmed
  • CC Construction – water main installation:
    • Monday 1/22 – TS&V Connection at Airport Property Sta #21+84 (across from 38 Monohansett Rd) - feed for Monohansett Rd
    • Tuesday 1/23 – 1/25 – Install Watermain on Monohansett Rd from Sta #21+84 to 14+00 (Webster Rd)
    • Friday 1/26 – Begin watermain installation on Webster Rd

Mon. 1/22 – Sun. 1/28

  • Raphael Terrell – total sidewalk blocking at 28 Orange St for construction safety, 24/7 through 2/29
  • Gerard Clarke – total sidewalk blocking at 5 Amelia Dr for construction/excavation, 24/7 through 2/28
  • Toscana – total sidewalk blocking at 34 Easton St for new curb cut/driveway install, 24/7 through 1/31

Tues. 1/23

  • Atlantic Aeolus Modular Move – SSA to 7 Gooseberry Pl. ROUTE: Broad St, S Water St, Washington St, Francis St, Union St, Orange St, Old South Rd, Ironwood Rd, Beach Grass Rd, Gooseberry Pl – 7am move

Wed. 1/24 (rain date Thurs. 1/25)

  • Atlantic Aeolus HOUSE move – 9 Sherburne Tpk to 8 Paul Jones Rd. ROUTE: Sherburne Tpk, Cliff Rd, Delaney Rd, Paul Jones Rd – 8am move

Fri. 1/26
