Sushi Sean To Open "11:11 Market & Bistro" At Former Petrichor Spot On Pleasant Street

Sushi Sean will soon be taking over the space on Pleasant Street previously occupied by the Petrichor Wine Bar, the Current has learned.

Chef Sean Durnin, who has run Sushi Sean 11:11 from several locations and out of a food truck over the past few years hopes to open the Pleasant Street location as the "11:11 Market & Bistro" this spring. An application to the town's Sign Advisory Council will be considered next week.

Durnin confirmed the move to the Current on Tuesday, but said he would share more details closer to spring.

"We're stoked to get a home now...I can only say we are forging extensive renovations," Durnin said. Sushi Sean 11:11 is currently operating out of the Yummy's location on Surfside Road.

Prior to Petrichor's four-year run at 130 Pleasant Street, the location had hosted a number of restaurants over the past decade, including Atlas, Pazzo, and Sfoglia.
