Town Meeting Warrant Finalized

Nantucket's Annual Town Meeting is fast-approaching. The annual exercise in traditional New England democracy is set for Monday, May 2, starting at 5 p.m. in the Mary P. Walker Auditorium at Nantucket High School. Late last week, the town administration finalized the town meeting warrant, which includes all 107 articles along with the accompanying motions from the town Finance Committee. You can peruse the warrant and those motions at this link. Get ready to settle in, though. It tops out at a whopping 192 pages.
