Kudos To Nantucket's Zoning Board Of Appeals

To the editor: Thank you to the Nantucket Zoning Board of Appeals members for having a backbone and putting the entire community’s health, safety, welfare, and our environment as a top priority! It’s refreshing to see a board that cares more about our entire community than self-interest.

Thank you to the community members near and far who had the courage to speak out about potential hazardous risks and concerns they had associated with this project (Surfside Crossing) to help the ZBA navigate this process.

I look forward to reading the full denial decision.
