This property is the historic Brass Lantern Inn on North Water Street, which was sold on Wednesday for $7.5 million to Blue Flag Partners in the latest acquisition by the Boston-based real estate firm.

Built in 1847 one year after the Great Fire destroyed the previous structure on the property, the Brass Lantern Inn has been a guesthouse since the early part of the 20th century and was previously known as the Parker House and the Stetson House.
