This week’s Current Real Estate Roundup includes property transfers from December 21, 2023 to December 28, 2023. This is the final real estate roundup of 2023, and it is led by the sale of a Woodbury Lane property for just under $6 million, a Union Street property for over $3.5 million, and an Atlantic Avenue property for over $2.3 million.
