The girls hockey team lost a pair of games over the weekend, as they were the only sports team in action. They traveled to Dennis-Yarmouth Saturday afternoon and lost 9-0, and then traveled to Plymouth South on Sunday for a morning matchup against the Panthers - which they lost 7-1.
Nantucket's only goal on Sunday was scored by Jimmie Verney (first varsity goal), with assists credited to Olivia Shuttleworth
and Sadie Paterson.
Nantucket is now 0-3 this season and will have some time off before regrouping for another away game on Saturday, December 27th on the road against Whitman-Hanson at 12:30 p.m.
