Photos: Girls Hoops Loses Home Matchup To Monomoy

The Whaler girls basketball team hosted the Monomoy Sharks for a pre-Christmas matchup Tuesday afternoon and lost a high-scoring matchup 56-48.
Chloe Washington and Grace Schroeder each scored 12 points for Nantucket. Marin Mooney scored 11 points, and Ruby Steadman scored eight points.
The Whalers are now 0-3 this season and will be back in action after the Christmas Break on Saturday, January 3rd at home against Martha’s Vineyard at 11:30 a.m.
