The Whaler field hockey team kicked off their preseason with a scrimmage on the island against Barnstable High School Wednesday morning - tying the Red Hawks 1-1 in a hard fought matchup.
Nantucket begins their regular season on Thursday, September 10th at home against Falmouth High School at 3:45 p.m. You can view their full schedule here.
