This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Tuesday's Nantucket District Court session.
After being continued without a finding for six months, Cesar Javier Lopez, 22, of Nantucket had a July 3, 2023 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.
Wayne Young, 54, of Nantucket was arraigned on April 10 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in his motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court May 20 for a pretrial hearing.
