, 52, of Nantucket was arraigned on Aug. 2nd charges of assault & battery on a family/household member and strangulation/suffocation. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Sept. 8th for a pretrial hearing.

, 61, of Nantucket was arrained on Aug. 4thcharges of strangulation/suffocation and assault & battery. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Aug. 25th for a pretrial hearing.

Travon A. Grant
, 20, of Nantucket will have a Feb. 2nd, 2024 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed on the condition he complete six months of pretrial probation.

Carl A. Green
, 63, of Nantucket had an April 26th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member charge dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Jenny M. Messer
, 47, of Nantucket was found not-guilty by a Nantucket jury on July 3rd, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. She was found responsible for operating an unregistered motor vehicle but found not responsible on charges of failure to stop/yield, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, possessing an open container of alcohol while in a motor vehicle, not being in possession of her license while operating a motor vehicle, and not being in possession of her registration.

Amy Rose Rhodes
, 37, of Nantucket was found not-guilty by a Nantucket jury on July 13th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
