Current Court Report - December 26, 2023

This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Tuesday's Nantucket District Court session.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Raul Artiga-Orellana, 24, of Nantucket had a Dec. 7, 2022 charge of assault dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for six months, Theresa Anne Flores, 40, of Nantucket had a May 6 charge of leaving the scene of property damage dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Anna Coates Montgomery, 32, of Nantucket had a June 14, 2022 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

Roberto J. Tejada, 39, of Nantucket was arraigned on a May 4, 2016 charge of failing to provide a DNA database sample. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 26 for a pretrial hearing.
