This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions. This week is jury week, so sessions will take place all week long.

Orvis Cuello-Adames, 29, of Nantucket will have Sept. 24th, 2023 charges of assault & battery (two counts) continued without a finding for two years on the condition he complete the probation without a violation.

Two other charges of assault & battery and a charge of disorderly conduct stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Ana P. Borges Martins, 43, of Nantucket will have a May 26th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition she forfeit her license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees.

Charges of possessing a Class B drug, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to signal, and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Riander Julio Dos Santos, 28, of Nantucket was arraigned on Nov. 28thcharges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, and a marked lanes violation. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 3, 2025 for a pretrial hearing.

Julia D. Dyson, 18, will have an Aug. 3rd, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition she forfeit her license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees.

Charges of improper turn, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, forge/misusing an RMV document, and possessing a fake RMV document stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Leslie S. Frazer, 29, of Nantucket will have an Oct. 21st charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees.

Charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, speeding, and possessing a Class D drug to distribute stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Jovanna A. Fuller, 29, of Nantucket had March 28th charges of breaking & entering a building in the nighttime for a felony, assault & battery, and assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Tristani Gigoidze, 43, of Nantucket will have an Aug. 13th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees.

A charge of a negligent operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

Alex Horan, 29, of Nantucket will have June 25th charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees.

Charges of possessing a Class B drug (three counts) and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Sean Patrick Kearns, 27, of Nantucket will have a July 17th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees.

Charges of a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Ethan J. Lemley, 24, of Nantucket had an Aug. 17th charge of vandalizing property dismissed.

After completing one year of pretrial probation, John D. Linder, 39, of Nantucket had July 29th, 2023 charges of marked lanes violation (two counts), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, child under eight years old & under 58 inches without a carseat (two counts), child 8-12 or over 57 inches without a seat belt, and obstructing justice dismissed.

Jason G. Mleczko, 44, of Nantucket will have a May 25th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, pay an amount in restitution of approximately $3,000, and pay $600 in fees.

Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Natalia Shurigina-Orlando, 53, of Nantucket will have a May 6th, 2023 charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle dismissed on the condition she complete six months of pretrial probation.

Owen Perkins, 42, of Nantucket had a July 27th charge of threatening to commit a crime dismissed due to lack of probable cause.

After being continued without a finding for six months, Jennifer A. Perry, 54, of Nantucket had an Oct. 7th, 2023 charge of assault & battery dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, John Carlos Ramos, 22, of Nantucket had a June 18th, 2023 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Elizabeth K. Skae, 32, of Nantucket had a Nov. 14th, 2023 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Raheem Emelle Spence, 26, of Nantucket had an Aug. 16th, 2022 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.

After completing six months of pretrial probation, Sanjean Melecia Wallace Chambers, 36, of Nantucket had Nov. 16th, 2023 charges of assault & battery dismissed.
