Current Court Report - February 18, 2025

This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Tuesday’s Nantucket District Court session.

Zeddin H. Andrews, 25, of Nantucket was arraigned on Dec. 8^th, 2024 charges of credit card fraud under $1,200 (two counts). He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court March 31^st for a pretrial hearing.

Sean Francis Farnham, 35, of Rhode Island was arraigned on Dec. 20^th, 2024 and Dec. 30^th, 2024 charges of violating an abuse prevention order. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 7^th for a pretrial hearing.

Khvicha Papashvill, 51, of Nantucket was arraigned on Feb. 12^th charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possessing a Class E drug. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court March 10^th for a pretrial hearing.

Excil Reid, 38, of Nantucket was arraigned on a Dec. 8th, 2024 charge of improper use of a credit card over $1,200. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court March 31^st for a pretrial hearing.
