Current Court Report - January 13, 2026

This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday Nantucket District Court session.

Joshua Beckford, 53, of Nantucket was arraigned on a November 17^th, 18^th, and 19^th charge of larceny under $1,200. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court March 23^rd for a pretrial hearing.

Dione B. Bruzdweicz, 32, of Nantucket was arraigned on January 9^th charges of assault & battery on a family/household member and resisting arrest. She had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court March 9th for a pretrial hearing.

Julian Contreras-Zabala, 42, of Nantucket had a September 9^th, 2024 charge of credit card fraud under $1,200 dismissed.

Gregory K. Stone, 24, of Nantucket was arraigned on a January 6^th, 2026 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 13^th for a pretrial hearing.

Jose L. Urbina, 45, of Nantucket had an August 16^th, 2022 charge of possessing a Class A drug (subsequent offense) dismissed due to lack of prosecution.

Szymon Wojewnik, 30, of Nantucket had a November 23^rd, 2025 charge of disturbing the peace dismissed.
