Current Court Report - January 16th, 2024

This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Tuesday's Nantucket District Court session.

After completing three months of pretrial probation, Steven Alexander Mancia Munoz, 22, of Centerville had May 25, 2023 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, speeding, a marked lanes violation, and using a motor vehicle without authority dismissed.

Jason Scott Richard, 50, of Nantucket was arraigned on Jan. 9 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and two counts of leaving the scene of property damage. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 12 for a pretrial hearing.

Matthew Salvia, 29, of Red Hook, New York was arraigned on Jan. 14 charges of breaking and entering a building for a misdemeanor, assault & battery on a family/household member, and trespassing. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 12 for a pretrial hearing.
