Current Court Report - January 30th, 2024

This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday’s Nantucket District Court session.

Christopher S. Carvey, 47, of Nantucket was arraigned on Aug. 26, 2023 charges of operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and no inspection sticker. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 26 for a pretrial hearing.

Henrry Estuardo Lopez, 20, of Nantucket was arraigned on Oct. 3, 2023 charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (four charges). He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court March 18^th for a pretrial hearing.

Tyler M. Hamm, 26, of Middleborough was arraigned on Jan. 19 charges of unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 8^th for a pretrial hearing.

Beth Ann Hampshire, 65, of Indiana was arraigned on Jan. 26^th charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and an equipment violation. She had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court March 18^th for a pretrial hearing.

Jose Antonio Regalado Chavez, 24, of Nantucket was arraigned on Dec. 17, 2023 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and speeding. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 26^th for a pretrial hearing.
