Current Court Report - January 4, 2023

This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Tuesday's Nantucket District Court session.

Charles Douglas, 45, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a Jan. 1 charge of possessing a Class B drug. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and will have the charge dismissed following the payment of $200 in court costs.

Pedro Gonzalezdeaza, 38, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a Dec. 30, 2022 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 24 for a pretrial hearing.
