This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions.

Cees K. Campbell
, 57, of Nantucket had two Jan. 12th charges of assault with a dangerous weapon dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Newton J. Friese, 57, of New Canaan had May 30th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Miriam Leland Jube, 40, of Nantucket had a May 18th, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

Marcos Antonio Landaverde Hercules
, 25, of Nantucket was arraigned on a June 29th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 28th for a pretrial hearing.

Timothy Mooney
, 67, of Nantucket was arraigned on May 31st charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation, failure to stop/yield, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 28th for a pretrial hearing.

Luke P. Pascucci
, 28, of Needham was arraigned on June 11th charges of assault & battery, strangulation or suffocation, and possessing a Class E drug. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 28th for a pretrial hearing.

Nicholas Paul Poppe
, 39, of Mashpee was arraigned on a June 28th charge of assault & battery. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 28th for a pretrial hearing.

Heather Leigh Sinn
, 39, of Plymouth was arraigned on six April 29th charges of violating an abuse prevention order, two May 2nd charges of violating an abuse prevention order, and one May 5th charge of violating an abuse prevention order. She had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court Sept. 2nd for a pretrial hearing.

, 24, of Nantucket had Feb. 12th charges of assault & battery and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Rosemary Vidal Batista
, 39, of Nantucket had a Jan. 27th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
