This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions.

Armando J. Tamayo Ceja
, 33, of Nantucket will have an Aug. 31st, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he complete a driver alcohol education course, forfeit his license for 45 days, pay $600 in fees, and complete his one year of probation without any violations.

Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Celine Juliette Fiumara
, 28, of Nantucket will have a July 4th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition she complete a driver alcohol education program, forfeit her license for 45 days, pay $600 in fees, and complete the probation without any violations.

A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident was dismissed and Fiumara was found not responsible on a marked lanes violation.

Duglas Antonio Castro Hernandez
, 26, of Nantucket was arraigned on June 21st charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was released on his personal recognizance on the condition he remain alcohol free, wear a SCRAM unit, and complete two tests per day. He was ordered to return to court Aug. 25th for a pretrial hearing.

Jason E. Thomas
, 49, of Nantucket was arraigned on a July 25th charge of trespassing. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Aug. 4th for a pretrial hearing.

Daniel William Twomey
, 38, of Nantucket was arraigned on a June 4th charge of assault & battery. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Aug. 4th for a pretrial hearing.
