This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday Nantucket District Court session.
Josiah K. Brooks, 54, of Nantucket was arraigned on a June 10th charge of assault & battery on a person over the age of 60. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 6th for a pretrial hearing.
Bryan Alexis Castillo Maldonado, 26, of Nantucket was arraigned on a June 9th charge of possessing a Class B drug and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 21st for a pretrial hearing.
Miles P. Coleman, 37, of Nantucket had April 21st, 2025 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle (two counts), failure to stop/yield, a marked lanes violation (two counts), and leaving the scene of property damage dismissed at the request of the prosecution.
Jorge A. Diaz-Torres, 44, of Nantucket was arraigned on June 11th charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, motor vehicle lights violation, failure to wear a seat belt, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 27th for a pretrial hearing.
Joshua D. Holdgate, 37, of Nantucket was arraigned on a June 10th charge of assault & battery. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 6th for a pretrial hearing.
Eladio I Gil De Los Santos, 40, of Nantucket was arraigned on June 14thcharges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop/yield, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court August 10th for a pretrial hearing.
