This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Tuesday's Nantucket District Court session.

Raul Artiga-Orellana, 23, of Nantucket, will have a Dec. 7, 2022 charge of assault continued without a finding for six months on the condition he complete a substance abuse evaluation.

Charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing, and tampering with a fire call box stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Joseph Clark, 35, of Fort Worth, TX, was arraigned on a June 18 charge of assault and battery. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court

After being continued without a finding for six months, Jorge A. Guzman, 29, of Nantucket had a Sept. 5, 2022 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.

Salvador Garcia Partida, 32, of Nantucket, was arraigned on May 31 charges of assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 31 for a pretrial hearing.

Terrence O. Ruggiero, 37, of Nantucket, had a May 16 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member dismissed by DA's office due to lack of prosecution.

Alex Roth Zarlenga, 38, of Nantucket, was arraigned on June 20 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court July 17 for a pretrial hearing.
