This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday's Nantucket District Court session.
Joseph D. Gannon Jr., 55 of Hyannis, was arraigned on a Feb. 27 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court March 27 for a pretrial hearing.
Mario J. Rivera, 39, of Nantucket, will have an Oct. 14, 2022 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding for one year. He was ordered to complete an eight-hour driving course, pay a $250 head-injury fee, $50 victim-witness fee, and $50 per month in probation fees.
A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs stemming from the same incident was dismissed.
