Shannon Y. Gonzalez, 31, of Nantucket had two Nov. 7, 2023 charges of assault & battery dismissed after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
Dale Harrington, 41, of Nantucket was arraigned on March 24 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court May 20 for a pretrial hearing.
Ryan Jepson, 41, of Nantucket was arraigned on March 24 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court May 20 for a pretrial hearing.
Shinelle Z. Rodriguez, 28, of Nantucket had one Dec. 17, 2023 charge of assault & battery dismissed after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
Luan Santos Ferreira, 24, of Nantucket was arraigned on March 17 charges of assault & battery and strangulation or suffocation. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court May 20 for a pretrial hearing.
Deily Antonio Veras, 39, of Nantucket had an Aug. 20, 2023 charge of assault & battery dismissed after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
