Current Court Report - March 3, 2026

This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday and Tuesday Nantucket District Court sessions.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Riander Julio Dos Santos, 29, of Nantucket had a November 28^th, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

Norman Tristram Gauvin, 45, of Nantucket had a November 21^st, 2025 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Jorge A. Guzman, 31, of Nantucket was arraigned on a December 11^th, 2025 charge of larceny over $1,200 by a single scheme. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 13^th for a pretrial hearing.

After being continued without a finding for nine months, Dominic N. Hall, 43, of Nantucket had a January 27^th, 2025 charge of assault dismissed.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Leisa M. Heintz, 64, of Nantucket had a February 5^th, 2025 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

Aleksandar Sarcevic, 37, of Nantucket, had an October 4^th, 2024 charge of larceny by check over $1,200 dismissed.

Denzel Tejada Tejada, 18, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a February 22^ndcharge of violating an abuse prevention order. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 13^th for a pretrial hearing.
