Current Court Report - November 28, 2023

This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday's Nantucket District Court session.

Ingrid Rascius, 41, of Nantucket was arraigned on Nov. 26 charges of assault & battery on a family/household member and violation an harassment prevention order. She had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court Dec. 4 for a pretrial hearing.

Hugh Gibbs, 42, of Nantucket had a July 15, 2023 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after prosecutors informed the court the alleged victim said he/she would not testify.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Pedro Antonio Rivera-Guevara, 32, of Nantucket had an Oct. 16, 2022 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed.
