This week's Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday's Nantucket District Court session.
Loubins Cadet, 42, of Nantucket, will have a Sept. 3 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, $600 in fees, and complete his probation without a violations.
He was found responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and speeding stemming from the same incident. He had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest dismissed. He was found not responsible on a charge of failing to stop/yield.

Leslie Frazer, 28, of Nantucket, was arraigned on Oct. 21 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, speeding, and possession of a Class D drug (marijuana) with the intent to distribute. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Nov. 4 for a pretrial hearing.
Emily McGrath, 30, of Nantucket, was arraigned on an Oct. 19 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member. She had a not-guilty plea entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court Nov. 25 for a pretrial hearing.
After completing six months of pretrial probation, Jose Francisco Vilorio Mosquea, 50, of Nantucket will have Aug. 15, 2023 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation dismissed.
Craig L. Richard, 41, of Nantucket, was arraigned on Oct. 19 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and speeding. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Dec. 16 for a pretrial hearing.
Julio Rivera, 50, of Nantucket, was arraigned on Oct. 20 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Dec. 9 for a pretrial hearing.
Matthew R. West, 27, of Nantucket, had a motion suppress a breathalyzer test allowed by the court Monday morning and subsequently, a May 26 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol was dismissed. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle remains open.
West was involved in a car accident and “a disturbance” on South Water Street in May outside of the Dreamland Theater – prompting at least seven public safety vehicles to respond to the scene of the incident.
