This Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Wednesday and Thursday Nantucket District Court sessions.

Arthur Amon Campos Jorge, 29, of Nantucket had a Sept. 7th, 2024 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Julio Adalberto Rivera, 51, will have Oct. 20th, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $600 in fees. A charge of marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

Brighid Mary Davis, 32, of Nantucket had July 2nd charges of assault & battery on a family/household member (two counts) and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Omar J. Fraser, 48, of Nantucket had a May 10th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Rosalie Lopez, 30, of Nantucket had July 23rd, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of property damage.

Olga Maribel Mata Rivera, 60, of Nantucket, had a Sept. 8th, 2024 charge of assault & battery on a person over the age of 60 dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

After being continued without a finding for one year, Ricardo Ernesto Pineda Hernandez, 27, of Nantucket had July 29th, 2023 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest dismissed.
