This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday Nantucket District Court session and an arraignment Tuesday afternoon.
Edward Adames Alvarado, 29, of Nantucket was arraigned on September 12th charges of assault and battery on a family/household member (two counts), strangulation, and threatening to commit a crime. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court December 7thfor a pretrial hearing.
Jairo Alcequiez Ramos, 45, of Nantucket had August 6th charges assault and battery on a family/household member (three counts) and a charge of intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
After completing one year of pretrial probation, Tadas Baliukonis, 37, of Nantucket had a May 28th, 2025 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed.
Miguel A. Cabrera, 45, of Nantucket had July 3rd charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
Nina Cammarata, 53, of Nantucket will have a July 19th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition she complete her probation without a violation, forfeit her license for 45 days, and complete a driver alcohol education program. She was found not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Oliver Chacon Landaverde, 29, of Nantucket will have an August 16thcharge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding for three months on the condition he complete his probation without a violation, and was found responsible for speeding. Charges of failing to keep right for an oncoming motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, and failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change stemming from the same incident were dismissed.
After completing one year of pretrial probation, Jodane D. Colbert, 39, of Nantucket had a November 21st, 2024 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.
Dana Melba Collada, 34, of Nantucket was arraigned on September 9thcharges of assault & battery on a family/household member (four counts) she had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court October 6th for a pretrial hearing.
Jackeline Jessenia Galiano Blanco, 44, of Nantucket had an August 15thcharge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
After being continued without a finding for 18 months, Jose Antonio Juarez Castaneda, 29, of Nantucket had September 22nd, 2024 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed. He also had March 4th, 2025 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.
Daryoush Larizadeh, 62, of Nantucket was arraigned on September 10thcharges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop/yield, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court October 5th for a pretrial hearing.
Jay A. Nolasco, 20, of Nantucket was arraigned on a May 16th charge of leaving the scene of property damage. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court November 3rd for a pretrial hearing.
Elliot Grant Sudal, 38, of Nantucket was arraigned on six counts of assault & battery on a family/household member. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court October 26th for a pretrial hearing.
Vykintas Zutautas, 47, of Nantucket had July 6th charges of operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with his license revoked as a habitual traffic offender dismissed.
