This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from the Monday Nantucket District Court session.
James W. Agnew, 50, of Nantucket had a July 8th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed by prosecutors.
Zeddin H. Andrews, 26, of Nantucket had two Dec. 8th, 2024 charges of credit card fraud under $1,200 dismissed due to lack of prosecution.
Richard Andrew Axilrod, 66, of Nantucket had an Aug. 9th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed due to lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.
Maicol Jose Baires Soriano, 32, of Nantucket had Nov. 21st, 2024 charges of possessing ammunition without an FID card and trafficking cocaine in an amount of 18 grams or more but less than 36 grams dismissed due to lack of prosecution. Soriano was one of four individuals arrested in an FBI raid last year, but was not the subject of the raid despite living at the residence.
Tadas Baliukonis, 36, of Nantucket will have a May 28th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed on the condition he complete one year of pretrial probation.
William Andrew Carlander, 25, of Nantucket will have a May 18th charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year on the condition he forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, and pay $550 in fees. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.
Jodane D. Colbert, 38, of Nantucket will have a Nov. 21st, 2024 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on the condition she complete one year of pretrial probation. Charges of speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident were dismissed.
After completing three months of pretrial probation, William Stephen Cowzer, 55, of Nantucket had a June 14th charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed.
Thomas Chase Montgomery, 36, of Nantucket was arraigned on an Aug. 13thcharge of assault & battery and on charges from a separate case also taking place on the 13th of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. He had a not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Oct. 27th for a pretrial hearing.
Damian J. Ramos-Snow, 43, of Nantucket will have a July 4th, 2024 charge of distributing obscene matter continued without a finding for two years on the condition he complete his probation without a violation.
Excil Reid, 39, of Nantucket had a Dec. 8th charge of improper use of a credit card over $1,200 dismissed due to lack of prosecution.
After being continued without a finding for 10 months, Ludvin Salguero Najera, 30, of Nantucket had a March 9th, 2024 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.
After completing one year of probation, Kyle Leahey Woodlock, 32, of Nantucket had Aug. 9th, 2024 charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace dismissed.
