This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday’s Nantucket District Court session.

After being continued without a finding for 75 days, Arlin J. Amador-Gonzalez, 44, of Nantucket, had a May 26 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.

Scott R. Barbrack, 59, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a July 20 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Oct. 9 for a pretrial hearing.

Brittany Isabelle Dawson, 34, of Nantucket, was arraigned on Sept. 13 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, improper operation of a motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. She had not-guilty pleas entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court Oct. 9 for a pretrial hearing.

After being pleading guilty to a Sept. 2, 2023 charge of violating an abuse prevention order and completing three months of probation, Daniel F. Henry, 49, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina had his probation terminated.

Esdras Juarez Castaneda, 24, of Nantucket, had a May 4 charge of assault & battery on a family/household member dismissed after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Castenada will also have a July 12 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding for nine months on the condition he complete the probation without a violation and pay $300 in court costs. Charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Francis Massey IV, 39, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a May 26 charge of assault & battery. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Oct. 7 for a pretrial hearing.

Kyle Leahey Woodlock, 31, of Boston, will have Aug. 9 charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace continued without a finding for one year. Charges of assault & battery on a police officer (four counts), assault on ambulance personnel, and resisting arrest stemming from the same incident will be dismissed on the condition he write letters of apology to the officers he is alleged to have assaulted that night and pay $350 in court costs.
