Driver And Dog Emerge From Land Rover Rollover Unscathed

A young driver and her dog emerged unscathed after the Land Rover Defender they were traveling in rolled over on Milestone Road Saturday afternoon in a single-car accident.
The female, teenage driver was wearing her seat belt and walked away from the crash with no injuries. She was evaluated by EMTs at the scene but did not require any treatment.
Her dog, a black lab named Frankie, was ejected from the vehicle but was also fine and uninjured. There were no other occupants.
First responders told the Current that the driver indicated she swerved to avoid a deer and lost control of the vehicle. No arrest was made, and it's unclear if speed was a factor in the accident.
The rollover occurred just east of Tom Nevers Road, near the intersection of Milestone and Chuck Hollow roads.
