Chamber Pitch Competition Finalists Announced

The Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce has announced the names and business concepts of the four finalists selected to participate in this year's Pitch Competition, sponsored by the Nantucket Island Center for Entrepreneurship.
Finalists (listed below in alphabetical order by company name) represent a broad range of products and services, in different stages of development. Finalists will compete for over $10,000 in cash and prizes in this "shark tank" inspired event, as they "pitch" their ideas to celebrity judges in front of a live audience on Saturday, October 8th.
- Broke Da Mouth Salsa - Nicko and Amy Fix
A creamy yet smoky flavored salsa with a slight kick that can be paired with many foods.
- Nantucket Ōshen Brew Company - James Scheurell
A new, ready-to-drink cocktail which is a blend of Jun Kombucha, premium spirits, and organic flavors.
- Nantucket Salvage - Michele Kolb
A storage facility for the cataloguing and sales of salvaged historic and other re-usable building materials.
- Pampr - Brady Wilson
A platform that connects travelers with a personal butler and concierge service providers to save time while on vacation.
The Pitch Competition is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 8th from 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Dreamland Theater. Tickets are $20 and still available at this link. The returning judges are Jamie Siminoff, Elin Hilderbrand, and Bruce Percelay, with John Shea once again serving as emcee.
