The Nantucket High School's fall play is scheduled to kick off today, November 18. The production will be of "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time," which is based off a 2003 mystery novel by British writer Mark Haddon.

“The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime is an incredible show. It is a book that was turned into a Tony Award Winning Production. It is thought-provoking, it’s raw, it’s heartbreaking, heart-wrenching, but also joyful and loving and hopeful all at the same time," Matt Ferreira, the play's director said. "Everyone should come see it. I have seen better acting from teenagers than I have seen in years. It will drive you to tears but also make you laugh. The special effects are really intense so if you have sensory issues, you should not come. But if you can, come out and support the high school."

There will be three shows, which will take place in the High School Auditorium.

Friday, November 18 at 7 p.m.

Saturday, November 19 at 6 p.m.

Sunday, November 20 at 2 p.m.
