The real estate market appears to be heating up with just under $150 million in sales ($147,429,736 since June 29) over the course of the past three real estate transaction periods. This week's roundup features two of those high-priced estates and is led by a pair of property sales on Hulbert Avenue and Burnell Street for over $10 million each.
