It includes the sale of an Osprey Way property for $6 million, a Walsh Street property for just under $5 million, and the two Sankaty Head Road sales that sold to the same private owner of two separate blind trusts for over $19 million.

From Wednesday's Current: "Another massive real estate deal was completed on Monday, when 21 and 23 Sankaty Head Road closed for $19.35 million. The two abutting lots immediately north of the lighthouse were sold to two separate blind trusts, both controlled by the same unnamed owner, according to a source with knowledge of the deal.

The Land Bank fee on the huge sale was $387,000. The closing follows the record-breaking sale of 20, 21, and 22 Berkeley Avenue in Monomoy for $38 million at the end of June."
