This week’s Current Real Estate Roundup includes property transfers from June 29, 2023 to July 6, 2023. It is led by the island's record breaking real estate sale for over $38 million, first reported by Bruce Percelay. There was also a transfer for over $9 million of a Deacon Way property and a Gray Avenue property for over $5.5 million.
20, 21, 22 Berkeley Avenue for $38,127,500 from Evan and Cynthia Jones to Nantucket Mountain LLC, 3.56 acres, dwelling, and a land bank fee of $762,550 was paid. The assessed value of the property is $33,495,000.
