Photo Gallery: Cape & Islands Girls Sailing Championship Regatta

The Cape & Islands girls sailing championship regatta was held on Friday, and the female sailors on the Whaler sailing team took part in the race and placed third out of 10 teams.

Island resident and photographer Jim Meehan has been regularly documenting this team throughout the season and shared some photos from Friday's regatta with the Current.

Alice O'Banion, Sadie Paterson, and Clementine Kelly were the Whalers who participated in the regatta.
