Tournament Brackets Released For Three Teams

The MIAA released the winter tournament brackets on Saturday and three Whaler teams have officially punched their tickets into the postseason.

The boys basketball team finished #29 in the Division 3 bracket out of 48 teams. They will get a home playoff game against #36 Oakmont Regional High School on Tuesday, February 24 at 5:30 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. You can view the Division 3 bracket here.

The girls basketball team earned the #38 seed in the Division 4 State Tournament and they will travel to play #27 O’Bryant High School in the first round. That game is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25 at 3 p.m. You can view the Division 4 bracket here.

The boys hockey team clinched the #31 seed and they will return to the state tournament after missing it last season. They will play #2 Littleton in Round 1 on Wednesday, February 25 at 12 p.m. You can view the Division 4 bracket here.
